• How accurate are the valuations?

  Our valuations are based on live market data from dozens of resale platforms, auction results, and marketplace listings. High-demand items like sneakers and trading cards are updated in near real-time, while niche collectibles may have slightly wider ranges.

• Do I have to sell through Kasii?

  Not at all. Kasii is a valuation and tracking tool. We surface the data and insights; what you do with them is entirely up to you.

• How do I add items to my collection?

  Use the camera scanner in the app to identify items automatically, or search manually by name, model, or barcode. Most items are recognized in under 3 seconds.

• Can I track items I don't own yet?

  Yes — add items to a watchlist to monitor market performance before committing to a purchase. This helps you understand price trends, demand, and depreciation patterns before you buy.

• How do price alerts work?

  Set a target price on any item and Kasii will notify you when the market reaches that threshold — whether you want to buy, sell, or simply track a milestone.

• Is there a cost to use Kasii?

  You can download Kasii and begin tracking for free. Optional premium tools are clearly labeled. No credit card needed to get started.

• Is my data secure and private?

  Yes. Your collection data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We never sell your personal data. You can export or delete your data at any time from the app settings.
