Kasii allows users to upload or scan images of items and receive automatically generated information about those items, including possible item identification, category, description, condition indicators, estimated value, and marketplace-related information.

Kasii may also allow users to store uploaded images and generated item information in a personal asset portfolio.

Kasii is an informational tool. It is not a professional appraisal service, financial advisory service, insurance valuation service, resale marketplace, auction house, or broker.

You must be at least 13 years old to use Kasii, or the minimum age required in your country to use digital services.

By using Kasii, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into these Terms.

You may use Kasii by creating an account or, where available, as a guest user.

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under your account.

If you use Kasii as a guest, your portfolio may be linked to your device rather than to a registered account. Guest data may not be recoverable if you delete the app, change devices, or clear local data before creating an account.

You must provide accurate information when creating or using an account.

Kasii may support account creation and authentication using Apple Sign In.

Your use of Apple Sign In is also governed by Apple's applicable terms and privacy policies. Kasii is not responsible for Apple's services, availability, or account systems.

You may upload images, descriptions, and other information relating to items.

You retain ownership of the content you upload to Kasii.

By uploading content, you grant Kasii a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, process, analyse, display, reproduce, and use that content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, improving, securing, and supporting the Kasii service.

These outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your specific circumstances.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any information generated by Kasii before relying on it.

Actual resale value may vary significantly depending on condition, provenance, demand, authenticity, location, timing, marketplace fees, buyer behaviour, and other factors.

You should not rely on Kasii valuations as the sole basis for financial, insurance, legal, tax, purchase, or resale decisions.

For high-value items, you should seek an independent professional appraisal or specialist advice.

Kasii may display marketplace-related information, external references, price ranges, or links to third-party websites or services. Such information is provided for convenience and context only.

Kasii does not control third-party marketplaces, listings, prices, sellers, buyers, availability, fees, policies, or transaction outcomes. We are not responsible for:

Kasii does not buy, sell, broker, auction, insure, certify, authenticate, or appraise items.

Kasii does not act as your agent, adviser, insurer, broker, marketplace, or fiduciary.

Any decision to buy, sell, insure, store, transport, repair, authenticate, or value an item is your responsibility.

Kasii may allow you to create a digital portfolio of items. Your portfolio is provided as an organisational and informational tool only. It should not be treated as a formal financial statement, insurance schedule, legal inventory, tax record, or certified asset register.

You are responsible for keeping independent records where needed.

We aim to provide a useful and reliable service, but we do not guarantee that Kasii will be accurate, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at all times.

We may update, suspend, modify, restrict, or discontinue any part of the app at any time.

We may also change how valuations, categories, marketplace references, or other outputs are generated.

You may delete your account directly in the Kasii app. When you delete your account, we will delete your account data, uploaded images, generated item data, valuations, portfolio records, and associated personal data, except where limited retention is required for legal, security, backup, or operational reasons.

Your use of Kasii is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, how long we keep it, and what rights you may have.

Kasii, including its app design, branding, software, interface, logos, trademarks, text, graphics, systems, and underlying technology, is owned by or licensed to Owen de Vries.

You may not use Kasii's name, branding, logos, or content without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of Kasii intellectual property to you.

If you provide feedback, suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or feature requests, you allow us to use them without restriction or compensation.

This helps us improve Kasii, but does not give you ownership of any resulting changes, features, or products.

You may stop using Kasii at any time and may delete your account in the app.

Sections of these Terms that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect, including valuation disclaimers, intellectual property terms, limitation of liability, and dispute provisions.

If you downloaded Kasii from the Apple App Store, your use of the app is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms.

Apple is not responsible for providing support, maintenance, or warranties for Kasii.

To the extent required by Apple's App Store terms, Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce these Terms against you in relation to your use of the app.

Kasii is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, availability, and security.

We do not warrant that:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.

Any disputes will be handled by the courts of the United States of America, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
